LOADED STEAK QUESADILLAS

LOADED STEAK QUESADILLAS

This quesadilla recipe is top-notch in every way. It is stuffed to the brim with all of the delicious fillings that you look forward to finding in a quesadilla. This is in no way a typical quesadilla by any stretch of the imagination! It has sirloin steak, avocado, beans, corn, tomatoes, and Mexican cheese piled high in it. Of course, it’s possible that I overlooked some significant details, but you’re free to include them.

For this recipe, I did not even marinate the steak before cooking it. I used the freshest and most authentic Mexican flavor and spices that I could find. I wanted this to be a quick and easy supper that is perfect for those nights when you just don’t have time to cook. This will take around half an hour, after which you will be free to depart. There is nothing that beats a fast lunch that the whole family enjoys in the middle of the week.

Take it from me, serve this with a generous helping of sour cream, a side of guacamole, and maybe even a dinner salad and a huge Margarita on the table so that you can enjoy all of this pleasure together.

The ingredients list:
  • 1 cup.Of finely chopped onion.
  • 1 cup.Of chop red pepper.
  • 1 cup.Of finely chopped green pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp.Of salt.
  • 1/2 tsp.Of black pepper.
  • 250 grams.Of steak, cut into 5 mm cubes.
  • 2 Tbsp.Of cornstarch.
  • 1/3 Cup.Of low-sodium beef broth.
  • Flour tortillas; I only use 4, for 4 servings.
  • 2 Tbsp.Of Worcestershire sauce.
  • 2 Cups.Of shredded cheddar radish.
  • Fat-free sour cream – for dipping.
PREPARATION:

1st Step – In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the onions, green and red peppers, and half of the salt and pepper. Season to taste with the remaining salt and pepper. Cook for five minutes, stirring often, or until the consistency has changed to become more liquid.

2nd Step – Mix cornstarch, half of the salt and pepper, and steak together. Put in the pan and cook over medium heat for one minute, or until the steak is browned.

3rd Step – To the pot, add the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Simmer for three minutes, or until the sauce has thickened, then remove from the heat.

4th Step – Sprinkle an equal quantity of cheese over each tortilla, then pour an equal amount of beef mixture over half of each tortilla, and then fold the tortilla over to enclose the filling.

5th Step – After that, wipe off your pan and put it back on the stove. Heat the quesadillas for two to three minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted, using a single heating source. Dip in sour cream for a flavorful accompaniment.

I truly hope that you will have a good time cooking this version of loaded steak quesadillas!!! Because it is so simple to make, there is no reason why you shouldn’t give it a go!!! It won’t take you more than a quarter of an hour to prepare it.
